Consu tracks five things, not one.
Films, TV, games, books and music in a single library, each kept in its own units: episodes for a series, tracks for an album, pages for a book, hours for a game. Free on Android and iOS. The text and brand assets here may be quoted and reproduced freely.

-
One line
Consu is a media tracker that treats films, TV, games, books and music as five equals in one library.
-
Fifty words
Consu tracks films, TV, games, books and music in one library, sorted into backlog, current, done and upcoming. A series is tracked to the episode, an album to the track. Recommendations are computed from your ratings and always name the title they came from. Free, with a one-time Pro unlock.

A hundred words
Consu is a cross-media tracker for films, TV, games, books and music. Each format keeps its own units: episodes for a series, tracks for an album, pages for a book, hours for a game. Recommendations are arithmetic over your ratings rather than a language model, and each one names the title it came from. A social layer ranks people by taste match instead of follower count, across three visibility tiers. The app itself is free, with no limit on library size and no ads. Consu Pro is one payment of €5.99, with no subscription. Built by one developer in Ireland.
“I was tracking five kinds of media in five different apps. I wanted one that took all five seriously.” Karl Holmes, founder
03 · What is actually different
Four claims, and what backs each one.
-
Music is a format, not an afterthought
Most trackers cover one or two media well and bolt the rest on. Consu gives each format its own vocabulary, and music gets the same depth as film: an album carries its tracks, its length, previews, an artist biography and similar artists.

Recommendations that name their reason
Every pick arrives attached to the title that caused it, in the app’s own words: “Because you loved Good Will Hunting.” The reasoning is arithmetic over ratings the user entered, so it can be printed on the card instead of being explained away.

No AI, and that is why one payment works
Nothing here calls a model. That is a design position, and it is also the reason for the price: an inference bill recurs every month, so a product carrying one has to charge on a recurrence. Consu carries none, so Pro can be bought once.
Pro is €5.99, once, with a 7-day trial.

It counts what it can and says what it cannot
Time totals are marked: measured minutes print clean, inferred ones carry a tilde, and anything the app cannot establish counts as zero rather than a guess. A backlog reads “~263h to clear” because the tilde is doing real work.

05 · Logo and artwork
One mark, five dots.
The icon is a five-dot constellation, one dot per format, on a night ground. It replaced an earlier mark before launch, so any octopus artwork found in an older article or archive is out of date.
The mark is also available as SVG. Please do not recolour, rotate or redraw the icon, and do not set it on a light ground. Screenshots may be cropped or framed freely. Artwork and metadata inside the screenshots come from TMDB, IGDB, RAWG, Open Library, Google Books, Deezer, MusicBrainz and others; Consu is not endorsed by any of them, and cover art remains the property of its rights holders. Streaming and store availability shown in screenshots is supplied via JustWatch.
